This is my first time moving. So I was scared and after hearing all... the crazy stories about moving companies I did not want to move. But I spoke to Chris Collin and Makayla on the phone they where amazing I tell you. They where available all the way till it was time for customer service and dispatch to reach out. I spoke to Jasmine on the phone (customer service rep) she was very nice and sweet. She reach out to me every other day and provided me with an update even if she did or did not one. Absolute relocation delivered me within 7 days of my pickup time. Which I thought was amazing considering the fact I was moving 2500 miles away. I had a last minute move from Miami to MA. I requested a quote from... this company, since they were a carrier and local to my old home. I wasn't moving more than a 1 bedroom and still, needed help packing. After getting 2 other quotes, this company is the only one that listened to what my needs were (I let them know I had cats and they would run if door was left open so i had to crate them so needed notice of arrival). Not only did the driver call me when he was 20 minutes out, one of the helpers had a pet dander allergy (bless him) and he said "no worries I'm prepared" and showed me a box of benadryl. They disassembled my adjustable bed and my glass table top was crated so cautiously (even though I told them just toss it in the truck, lol). I only write reviews when I have an exceptional experience, and on move day I realized I needed more boxes and the boss/foreman(?) gave me 4 boxes for free and packed them up for me. I'm just impressed- my items arrived 4 days later for a 1200 mile drive and the same driver was there. After everything was reassembled and unwrapped, one of my cat trees didnt survive (it was old and cheap and HAD TO GO) they tried to fix it with their tools, but I told them no need, I want to buy a new one it was on its last leg anyway. I respect the fact that someone always answered my call if I had a question and the professionalism of all the staff is unmatched. Thank you for saving me from wasting money on a UHAUL and driving a hellish 1200 mile+ drive with animals! (i've never driven a truck).These are the pros. Reservation date: 10/30 pick up date Nov. 1st, delivered Nov. 5th., Cost $3890- completely worth it. I move for my employer a lot, I know Absolute Relocation has a customer for life. Absolute Relication is the best moving company I have been associated... with. Over the years and military moves I have never seen such professionals. I worked for a moving company putting me through college.Their quote was right on. Sharee or called Sam was a remarkable moving boss. She had three great professionals.They put shrink wrap on every single item that went on that truck. Everything was double saved no scratches on anything plus they offer one month free storage. They did such a fine job. I told Sam when you’re finished shut the door lock it and turn off the lights I’m taking off that’s how much I trusted these people.The customer service people, Christain, who I dealt with setting up my move was professional was always available for answer any of my questions they were on time he always wanted to make sure that anything that I had a question about was answered.
